• Build and evaluate models that power Shannon.
• Design evaluations that measure what matters to people using Directed.
• Work with product engineers to ship improvements quickly.

What we're looking for

• Experience training, evaluating, or deploying language models.
• Comfort writing production code.
• A habit of measuring before and after.
